Job summary

TUI in Staines is hiring a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

You will actively engage customers, meet sales targets, and deliver excellent service, with training across systems to create unforgettable holiday experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while delivering a great amount of fun.
• Exceed sales objectives, in Retail we call it 'Smashing your Targets'.
• Engage face to face and virtually, handling changes and new systems.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life.

You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company. As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
