Job summary

TUI in the UK invites you to join our Retail Team in the Cramlington store as a Travel Advisor. You’ll become a destination expert, helping customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-ons, creating unforgettable holiday experiences.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, with training on our systems to empower you to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets. We value care, inclusion and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a genuine passion to help customers.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a varied shift pattern including weekends.

• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
