Job summary

At TUI, a Travel Advisor in our Cleethorpes store helps guests choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add‑ons while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You’ll handle a variety of duties, from selling to resolving questions and learning new systems, with a focus on meeting targets and supporting the team. The role includes weekend and bank holiday shifts in a busy retail environment.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
