Being a manager involves taking on leadership responsibilities, making decisions, and overseeing store operations. Customers and colleagues are at the heart of a line manager role, ensuring a safe, legal, and secure store environment. To help you develop as a leader, we've designed a three-phase learning journey to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to become a first-line manager.
If successful, you will be placed in a store, with consideration of your current residence and travel time. Flexibility on location will be discussed at your interview. The placement could be in a Convenience store, Argos, or a supermarket. We value raw potential, regardless of leadership experience, and are dedicated to supporting your development. The Process
Application involves answering questions to assess fit. Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews, with successful applicants receiving job offers. The programme is advertised from November 2nd, with interviews from late November to early December, and a start date in early January.
