This individual will manage a team delivering comprehensive digital solutions, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to define technological objectives, assess solutions, and develop architectural strategies that align with strategic business goals and operational needs.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Leading large-scale technology customer transformation delivery projects.
• Coordinating cross-functional activities across business and technology teams for critical releases.
• Managing significant work streams on large programs or overseeing smaller to medium-sized projects.
• Balancing business change management with detailed architecture and technology delivery activities.

This role is for you if

• You have experience delivering technology transformation projects within the retail sector.
• You possess proven management consulting experience in Business and Technology Architecture, Operating Model Design, and Data Integration.
• You are a capable leader, adept at managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists, and third-party vendors, developing detailed solutions, costs, timelines, and change management strategies.
• You have strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and change management skills.
• You possess expert knowledge of digital trends and industry challenges, gained through project work, thought leadership, publications, or client recommendations.
