Job summary

Currys is seeking a Retail Sales Colleague in the UK to help customers find the right technology and provide top-notch service. You’ll complete a 2–3 day induction (virtual or at the Fort Dunlop academy) to develop skills in selling, serving and supporting customers, with product testing and demonstrations before launches.

Roles include working across store departments, achieving sales, service and customer experience targets, and taking on operational tasks to help the store perform well.

Qualifications

• No prior deep tech knowledge required; induction provided to all new colleagues.
• Strong focus on customer service and willingness to learn about technology.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekends and store hours.

Responsibilities
