Job summary

Currys is recruiting a Retail Sales Colleague in the United Kingdom. The role starts with 8 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, plus an average bonus of 89p per hour. Upon successful completion of probation, pay rises to £13.01 per hour, with bonus continuing.

Training lasts 2–3 days via virtual sessions or at the Currys Academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Flexible across opening hours, including weekends, with store hours typically 9am–8pm in many locations.

• No in-depth tech knowledge needed; induction is 2–3 days either virtual or at Currys Academy.
• Flexible across opening hours, with weekends often included.
• Chance to learn product ranges and delivery/installation services during training.

Responsibilities

• Ask customers the right questions to match products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Promote delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Support store sales targets and overall store performance.
• Work across departments and product ranges.
• Help run the store by completing operational tasks.
