Job summary
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead the technical delivery of enterprise software and retail technology projects across the UK and Ireland. You will bridge design and delivery, turning business requirements into scalable, secure solutions and lead technical discovery and deployment activities.
You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers, guiding teams through implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases
Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise software and retail technology projects.
- Background in software implementation and professional services consulting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of customer implementation projects.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Run technical workshops and discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the technical lead and main contact through delivery.
- Define integration, deployment, configuration and data migration approaches.
- Support scoping, estimation and SOW development.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Support testing, deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Support and Architecture to improve delivery standards.
