Job summary

Rightway / Bevans Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Team Members for a retail role in Mold. The position averages 16 hours per week, with a 5-out-of-7 rota during store hours. You will handle customer service, stock checks, and till duties as part of a friendly team.

Training is provided, with opportunities to progress. The role requires weekend availability and a proactive, reliable approach to help maintain high shop standards.

Qualifications

• A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage, as part-time Team Members will run occasional shifts.
• Good numeracy, literacy and PC skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with purchases.
• Receiving deliveries, checking stock, booking items onto the system, and merchandising on the shop floor.
• Using the EPOS system for payments and stock checks.
• Pricing and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Offloading deliveries (manual handling required).
• Running shifts as required (after training).
