Job summary

JD Sports in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a friendly Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You’ll greet customers, help them find products, replenish stock, and keep displays sharp and on-brand.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, bringing energy and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required to cover busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.

• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
