Team Manager

£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h)

Location: WOKING

About the Role

Are you interested in Retail? Do you want to work on high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities involving New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading merchandising teams to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
• Communicate progress and project completion with management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Work shifts typically from 12 hours, days and nights, mainly nights.
• Manage shifts via our Field Power platform, setting availability and accepting shifts.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Travel between retail sites; accommodation provided when staying away.
• Carry out stock removal, replacement, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems.

Desirable Qualities

• Excellent communication skills.
• Decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or team management.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; applicants must be 18+.
