Are you looking for a role involving high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

  1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
  2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
  3. Communicate progress and project completion with management.
  4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, accessible on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
  6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
  7. Work at various retail sites/stores; travel may vary per shift.
  8. Carry out stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
  9. Adjust shelf heights and move stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  10. Travel when local work isn't available; accommodation provided when staying away.
  11. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  12. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
  13. Approach work methodically with attention to detail.
  14. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  15. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  16. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, is necessary. Applicants must be 18+.
