Salary: £13.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay)

Are you looking for a role involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work at a fast pace, making quick decisions and leading teams to achieve excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out client tasks.
3. Communicate with management on progress and project completion.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mostly nights). Access shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
6. Use your smartphone to clock in and out via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
8. Carry out tasks such as removing/replacing stock using client plans, adjusting shelf heights, moving stock from warehouse to shop floor with roll cages and pallet trucks.
9. Travel may be involved when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when required.
10. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
12. Approach work methodically with keen attention to detail.
13. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
14. Problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude are essential.
15. Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when needed. Applicants must be 18+.
