Team Manager

*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start *Holiday Pay*

Salary: £13.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay)

Location: LUTON

Are you interested in Retail? Do you want to be involved in high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer Team Manager roles working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to achieve excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

1. Typically 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday.
2. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, carrying out client tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project sign-off with management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mainly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, accessible on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work at various retail sites/stores; travel may vary per shift. Accommodation is provided when staying away is required.
8. Perform stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
9. Adjust shelf heights and move stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
10. Travel involved when local work isn't available; accommodation provided if needed.
11. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
12. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
13. Methodical, detail-oriented, with manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
14. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
15. Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 or over.
