Job Description

Are you interested in retail and looking for a role involving high-profile projects with leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager positions where you'll work on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will be involved in fast-paced decision-making, leading merchandising teams to high standards.

The Role
  • Workweek: 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday
  • Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers
  • Communicate progress and complete project sign-offs with management
  • Conduct health and safety inductions and checks
  • Shift Lengths: Generally 12 hours, days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability.
  • Clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard
  • Work involves visiting retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift
  • Tasks include stock removal/replacement, adjusting shelf heights, moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks
  • Travel and overnight accommodation are provided when necessary
  • Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Require previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or team management
  • Must have a methodical approach, keen attention to detail, and manual handling skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights
