Team Manager

Salary: £31,104 total package (£28,704 per annum salary + £200 monthly car allowance)

Location: HIGH WYCOMBE

Join us for high-profile projects with leading UK grocery supermarkets & DIY chains, including New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. Work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading merchandising teams to high standards.

The Role
  • A typical week: 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
  • Communicate progress and project sign-offs with management.
  • Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  • Shift lengths: generally 12 hours, days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform accessible on your smartphone.
  • Use the RAS Dashboard to clock in and out.
  • Work at various retail sites, with travel as needed.
  • Responsibilities include stock removal/replacement, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  • Travel and accommodation provided when working away.
  • Must be able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and have previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or people management.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  • Require a problem-solving attitude and flexibility to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
