Location: SOUTHAMPTON

Are you looking for a role involving high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to achieve high standards in merchandising.

The Role

• A typical week consists of 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday.
• You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, executing client tasks.
• Communicate progress and project sign-offs with management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (mainly nights). Access shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, setting your availability and accepting shifts.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
• Carry out stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
• Adjust shelf heights and move stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
• Travel when local work isn't available; accommodation provided if required.
• Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
• Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and able to handle manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, is essential. Applicants must be 18+.
