Job Title: Team Manager

Access to wages from 3 days, Immediate Start, Holiday Pay

Salary: £13.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay)

Location: ENFIELD

Are you interested in Retail? Looking for a role involving high-profile projects with leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading merchandising teams to high standards.

The Role:

  1. Work 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday.
  2. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers.
  3. Communicate progress and project sign-off with management.
  4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights, mainly nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
  6. Clock in/out using your smartphone via RAS Dashboard.
  7. Work across various retail sites/stores with travel as needed.
  8. Perform stock removal and replacement using client plans, adjust shelf heights, and move stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  9. Travel and accommodation are provided when staying away is required.
  10. Make decisions, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  11. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
  12. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  13. Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
