Overview

Team Manager – Retail and Asset Solutions. Location: Dudley. Salary £14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. Immediate start and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers on new store openings, refits, range reviews and store support projects.
  • Carry out health and safety inductions, checks and use of client plans and systems for stock replacement, shelf height adjustment, warehouse to shop floor movements and stock replenishment.
  • Communicate progress to management and sign off on project completion.
  • Clock in and out using the smartphone RAS Dashboard and manage shifts (12‑hour days and predominantly nights). Availability can be set on the Field Power platform.
  • Travel to different retail customer sites; accommodation provided when required to stay away.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritise and manage a team.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision or people management.
  • Methodical approach, keen attention to detail and manual handling with heavy lifting.
  • Availability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, 18 years and over.
