Job Opportunity: Team Manager in Retail Merchandising

Location: DUDLEY

Salary: £14.57 per hour (including holiday pay: £13.00 + £1.57)

Start: Immediate

Role Overview

Are you interested in retail? Do you enjoy working on high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We are offering Team Manager opportunities involving new store setups, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will lead teams, make quick decisions, and ensure merchandising standards are met efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
  2. Communicate progress to management and complete project sign-offs.
  3. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  4. Work shifts of approximately 12 hours, including days and nights, primarily nights.
  5. Utilize our Field Power platform to set availability and accept shifts via smartphone.
  6. Clock in and out using the RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
  7. Perform tasks such as stock removal/replacement, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  8. Travel to various retail sites; accommodation provided when necessary.
  9. Make decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage manual handling and heavy lifting.
  10. Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or team management is required.
