Job Title: Team Manager

*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start *Holiday Pay*

Salary: £13.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay)

Job Description

Are you interested in retail? Do you want to work on high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We have Team Manager roles involving new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading merchandising teams to high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
  • Communicate progress and sign off projects with management.
  • Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  • Work shifts typically 12 hours, including days and nights, mainly nights.
  • Use our Field Power platform on your smartphone to set availability and accept shifts.
  • Clock in and out via our RAS Dashboard on your smartphone.
  • Travel to various retail sites; accommodation provided when required.
  • Carry out stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
  • Adjust shelf heights and move stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  • Make decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or team management.
  • Methodical with keen attention to detail.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
  • Applicants must be 18 or over.
