Job Overview

Are you interested in retail and looking for a role involving high-profile projects with leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager positions working on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to achieve excellent merchandising standards.

The Role
  • Typical week of 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers.
  • Communicate progress and sign off projects with management.
  • Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
  • Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights, mainly nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform.
  • Clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
  • Work at various retail sites; travel may be involved.
  • Tasks include stock removal and replacement, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  • Accommodation provided when required to stay away.
  • Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people required.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
