Welcome Break is seeking a Retail Team Manager for our Hillsborough, County Down site. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and motivate a team, and help deliver the high standards and customer experience our guests expect.

As a Retail Team Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our Marks & Spencer store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and motivate your team, and help deliver the high standards and excellent customer experience our customers expect.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll develop your leadership and operational skills, take real ownership of store performance and have clear opportunities to progress your career with Welcome Break.

Due to responsibilities within the Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over.
