Job Description:

Location: Trowbridge

As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be accountable for managing teams of stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. Flexibility is required as shifts may vary, and travel to different client sites is expected. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 days shift pattern)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring procedures and processes are followed
• Delivering exceptional customer service standards
• Completing accurate stock counts within deadlines
• Monitoring and improving team productivity

Person Specification:

• Full Driving License
• Effective communication skills across all levels
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure and stay focused
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness and ability to travel

Please note that work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises where access to ground and high-level stock is required.

This role involves unsociable hours, early mornings, and night shifts. Applicants under 18 are not eligible.
