Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader in Thurmaston to manage the day-to-day running of the department and lead by example on the shop floor. You will support colleagues, help manage stock, and assist with onboarding new starters while ensuring customers receive excellent service.

You will work closely with the store manager to maintain high standards, keep the team motivated, and adapt to busy periods with day shifts. This is a permanent, full-time role at 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• A willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
