Job summary

Ann Summers is seeking a Team Leader for our Oxford Street store. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours) pays £14.25 per hour and offers excellent benefits, including a 50% staff discount and a birthday day off.

You will lead from the front, coaching the team and delivering an empowering customer experience that drives results alongside the management team. You’ll be great if you have retail leadership experience, a people-focused attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer

• Experience supervising teams in retail, hospitality or leisure.
• Confident, people-focused and enthusiastic.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the team to deliver a high-energy, confidence-boosting customer experience
• Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and service standards
• Support KPI delivery and store performance
• Carry out keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing
• Coach and develop team members to build confidence and capability
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards
• Foster an inclusive, fun and empowering culture
• Champion the brand and its values every day
