Job summary

Asda Middlesbrough is seeking a Team Leader to run day-to-day operations, lead colleagues on shift, manage stock, and ensure outstanding customer service on the shop floor. You will work closely with your store management team to keep standards high, support new starters, and motivate the team.

The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with a permanent contract and a pay rate of £14.10 per hour. Hours are days shifts, with weekend work as needed, and there are opportunities to develop leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to manage stock and support newcomers.
• Excellent communication and can-do attitude.
• Flexible to work days, weekends and evenings.
