A leading company in stocktaking services is seeking a Retail Team Leader in Durham. You will manage stock counting teams, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to procedures. The role requires flexible working hours and travel to various client sites. Full training provided.
Retail Team Leader
Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.
Location: Durham
*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion. Immediate start. Holiday pay.*
As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. The shifts vary, requiring flexible availability. You will need to travel to different client sites daily and may occasionally stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with potential flexibility in working days)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

Work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, accessing ground and high-level stock.
This role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Therefore, applicants must be over 18 years old.
