Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader in Leyland to drive the day-to-day running of a department. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service on the shop floor.

You’ll work closely with your manager, motivate your team across shifts, including weekends, and maintain high standards of presentation, stock control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
