Location: Colchester

As a Stock Taking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility in working days and hours is required. You may need to travel daily between sites and occasionally stay away from home.

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Sunday, up to 5 days per week, with flexibility; evening/night shifts.

Additional Notes:

Work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, including high-level stock access. The role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Candidates under 18 are not eligible. Full training will be provided.
