Job description

Salary: Up to £30,576 (plus £290 per month car allowance)

Location: Bristol

As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Flexibility is required as shift lengths may vary, and travel to different sites is expected. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days working pattern)

Shift Times: Evening/Night shifts

• Valid Full Driving License

• Ability to stay focused under pressure
• Effective time management and ability to work independently
• Willingness and ability to travel

Please note: The role involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises where high-level stock may need to be accessed.
