Job summary

Sports Direct is recruiting an experienced Supervisor to join our Exeter store. You will lead a small team in one of our instore departments, model a world-class customer experience, and train colleagues to deliver it consistently. You’ll create an engaging environment, provide on‑the‑spot feedback, and celebrate success.

You will drive visual merchandising, ensure best practices, and work to achieve commercial goals while promoting our values and culture across teams and customers.
