Asda Wheatley is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the department on afternoons. You will lead by example, support colleagues, and ensure customers receive excellent service, with a focus on stock management and team motivation on a 36-hour week.

You’ll collaborate with the store manager to uphold high standards, train new starters, and resolve issues quickly, while maintaining a positive, organised shop floor environment.
