People Solutions is currently recruiting for a confident and bubbly Team Leader for our well-established client based in Sheffield. This is a full-time position offering excellent rates of pay.

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and animals? Do you want to spend part of your day interacting with wagging tails and adorable visitors? If so, apply for this fantastic opportunity.

Shifts: Working any 5 days out of 7 (You will work 2 weekends a month). You will work any hours between 09:30 am - 7:00 pm.

Pay Rate: Monday to Saturday £12.84 per hour, Sundays - £15.80.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer service experience every time.
  • Handle customer complaints positively and promptly within company guidelines.
  • Advise and guide customers on product selection and performance.
  • Manage returns and refunds, maintaining records as appropriate.
  • Control stock and ensure accuracy of stock data daily.
  • Report discrepancies, problems, or stock issues to the Store Manager.
  • Stock the retail space with merchandise daily.
  • Manage site security, key holding, locking up, and opening procedures.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Have a customer service background with a passion for animals and love for dogs.

Training:

  • Full training will be provided by the client, along with ongoing support.
