Job summary

C2 Recruitment is seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee stocktaking teams across on-site retail and commercial sites in Portsmouth. You will lead shifts, motivate your team, and ensure stocktakes are accurate, timely and performed to a high standard.

The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of up to £33,290 plus a £290 monthly car allowance. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site operations, handle customer issues and contribute to reporting and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Good communication and people skills required.
• Hands-on, positive approach.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Confidence working independently and leading a team.
• Flexible to travel and work different shifts.
• Previous supervisory experience is useful, but attitude and potential to lead matter most.

Responsibilities

The role

You'll take charge of each shift, supporting your team and making sure every stocktake is completed accurately, efficiently and professionally.
