Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd in Bracknell is seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee stocktaking across varied sites, lead shifts, and ensure accuracy and excellent customer service. You will motivate the team, manage on-site operations and resolve issues as they arise.

This permanent, full-time role involves evenings/nights with occasional travel. Salary up to £33,290 plus £290 monthly car allowance, plus full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

We're looking for a confident, reliable Retail Team Leader to lead stocktaking teams across a variety of retail and commercial sites.

The role

You'll take charge of each shift, supporting your team and making sure every stocktake is completed accurately, efficiently and professionally.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team on site
• Making sure stocktakes run smoothly and on time
• Monitoring performance and accuracy
• Dealing with customers and resolving any issues
• Completing basic reporting and administration
• Maintaining high standards of service and safety

About you

You'll be organised, dependable and comfortable taking the lead.

The hours
