If you're interested in becoming a Retail Team Leader and have the appetite to engage with visitors and boost our retail potential, then you could be the person for this job.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week or 30 hours per week. Weekend work required.
Salary: £23,166 per annum or pro rata if working 30 hours.
Duration: Permanent

You will support the day-to-day management of the property retail operation to ensure it is commercially successful and exceeds visitors' expectations. Responsibilities include monitoring stock and merchandise to meet financial targets, leading by example to maximize profitability, supervising retail staff (paid and voluntary), and collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent visitor service and enhance the property's sense of place.
