Overview

Managing a team of Travel Service Partners within ASDA Travel Money, on-site in a busy bureau inside an ASDA retail store. You will help thousands of customers with foreign exchange, delivering detailed and concise advice and an exceptional customer and buying experience. This role is part of Travelex and aims to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange while leading best practice and high standards of service.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver the best possible customer experience to every customer who transacts with ASDA Travel Money.
  • Nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of customer service and enable Travel Service Partners to perform at their best with the best training available.
  • Focus on and review customer feedback, service levels and the ability of the Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that improve outputs and achieve objectives.
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals—procedural, operational and customer-focused.
  • Utilise your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement and drive best legal practice and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
