Retail Team Leader

Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Bletchley - 32 hours per week - £12.29 per hour

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in the stores we work with, along with line management responsibility for our retail associates. In return, we offer:

This role is on a 32-hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £12.29 per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Bletchley, and your base town will be Bletchley.

This is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone, so you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role

• You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands
• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, offering zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when required
• Follow all operational processes and policies to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
• Your appointments will be planned for you using our industry-leading scheduling system, which you will access on your mobile phone

The experience we are looking for:

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is essential – you need to love working in a team and enjoy building productive professional relationships
• Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
• Excellent personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands
• A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel efficiently within the zone
• Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later, or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
• Confident in using mobile software and apps
