Poundland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in guiding the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience for customers every day. You’ll manage deliveries, merchandising and daily operations, keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse, and lead by example with energy, organisation and a passion for people. We’ll provide training and development opportunities to support your career with us.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is needed; leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers daily.
• Support store operations, deliveries and merchandising to keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Motivate the team, drive store performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
