Farmfoods Dover is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. You'll work 39 hours across 5 days, with 13.61 GBP hourly pay, and a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week. The role includes weekend flexibility and opportunities for overtime.

You'll join a friendly team and help run the shop when the manager is away, manage cash, orders, and staff development, while keeping costs in check and delivering great customer service in our Dover store.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work across 5 days, including weekends.
• Customer service oriented with a respectful approach.
• Ability to work in a team and follow shop procedures.
• DBS check required (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland if hired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the shop in the manager's absence to ensure service.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and manage staff.
• Control costs, shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
• Provide great customer service and maintain a clean, safe shop.
