Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd in Leicester is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for a 39-hour, full-time position. You will support the manager to run the shop, supervise a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility across 5 days a week, including weekends.

You’ll be paid £13.61 per hour with a guaranteed 39 hours per week, plus benefits such as a 15% staff discount, 30 days holiday, and ongoing training and development opportunities. A DBS/Disclosure check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager to run an efficient shop and deliver great customer service.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for controlling costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Ensure shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment.
