Job summary

Retail & Asset Solutions is seeking a Retail Team Driver to manage transport for a small team to various retail sites in the Port Talbot region. You will coordinate shift pick-ups, ensure timely arrivals, and count stock with handheld scanners.

The role involves long shifts, unsociable hours, and a requirement to hold a valid driving licence. A minibus is provided and driving time is paid.

Qualifications

• You must have a Full Driving Licence.
• Ability to work unsociable hours including early mornings or nights.
• Ability to stand for long periods and use handheld scanners on site.
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing shifts.
• Stock handling experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of a small team to and from each site.
• Coordinate pick-up points and timings for shifts.
• Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using handheld scanners.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly and manage attendance records.
• Maintain timesheets and log arrival times.
