Salary: £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.70 + £1.41 holiday pay)

Retail & Asset Solutions are seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers with their own vehicle in your area. A full Driving License is required.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Management Services, with over 3500 employees across the UK, offering a hardworking and rewarding workplace with progression opportunities.

The Role

• Join our successful merchandising team as a Retail Merchandising Team Driver.
• Responsible for merchandising tasks and transporting a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
• Typical week: 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift lengths are approximately 12 hours, including days and nights, mainly nights. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work involves visiting various retail sites and stores, with travel varying per shift.
• Report vehicle issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team led by a Manager or Store Management.
• Carry out stock adjustments, shelf height modifications, and stock movement using client systems, roll cages, and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Must be 21 years or older due to unsociable hours and night shifts.
• Full Driving License required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts.
• Retail experience is desirable but training will be provided.
