£13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Company

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to add to our successful merchandising team.
• This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (predominantly nights). Assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
• You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work will be performed at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Carry out tasks such as removing/replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours and night shifts.
• Full Driving License is required.
• Must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts when needed.
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
