Salary: £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.70 + £1.41)

Location: Luton

Retail & Asset Solutions is seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. A full Driving License is required.

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Management Services with over 3500 employees across the UK, offering a hardworking and rewarding workplace with progression opportunities.

The Role

1. Join our successful merchandising team as a Retail Merchandising Team Driver (driver with own vehicle).
2. Your responsibilities include merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
3. A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday, generally 12 hours long, including days and nights.
4. Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
5. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
6. Work locations vary across retail sites/stores, with travel on a shift-by-shift basis.
7. Manage vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
8. Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
9. Carry out stock removal, replacement based on client plans, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

1. Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours and night shifts.
2. A full Driving License is mandatory.
3. A positive attitude and the ability to work long shifts are essential.
4. Retail experience is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
