Retail Team Driver (driver with own vehicle)

Location: LIVERPOOL

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (drivers with own vehicles) to join our successful merchandising team.
• This role involves carrying out merchandising duties and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (predominantly nights). Assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
• You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work will be on different retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
• Report vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Your duties include:
• Removing and replacing stock following client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from warehouses onto the shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• This role involves working unsociable hours, including night shifts, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• You must hold a Full Driving License.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work long shifts when required are essential.
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
