Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising and Supply Chain Management Services. With over 3500 employees throughout the UK, we provide a hardworking and rewarding workplace with many progression opportunities.

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to add to our successful merchandising team.
• This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks as well as overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Assignments are available via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
• You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work will be at various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Carry out tasks such as removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours including night shifts.
• Full Driving License required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts when needed.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
