Retail Team Driver (driver with own vehicle)

Location: LEEDS

Retail & Asset Solutions is currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Role

1. We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to join our successful merchandising team.
2. This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
3. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
4. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (primarily nights). Assignments will be accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
5. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
6. Work will be performed at various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
7. Timely escalation of vehicle issues is required.
8. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
9. Responsibilities include:

• Removing and replacing stock according to client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

1. Due to unsociable hours, candidates must be at least 21 years old.
2. Must possess a Full Driving License.
3. A positive attitude and ability to work long shifts when necessary.
4. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
