Location: HIGH WYCOMBE

Retail & Asset Solutions are seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. A valid full Driving License is required.

The Role

• Seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (drivers with own vehicles) to join our successful merchandising team.
• This role involves conducting merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
• Typical week: 4-5 shifts, Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including day and night shifts. Assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
• Clocking in and out will be done using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work locations vary across retail sites/stores, with travel differing per shift.
• Promptly escalate any vehicle issues.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Tasks include removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouses to shop floors using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Must be at least 21 years old due to unsocial hours and night shifts.
• Must possess a full Driving License.
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts as required.
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
